Choosing exterior paint colors

Testing out paint colors. On the left, "templeton gray," (bluish) and on the right, "hancock gray" (greenish). The test trim color is an off-white interior color I had lying around.

I stink at painting, but fortunately, my photography is even worse and conceals the drips and streaks and surges.

  1. Hi there,

I somehow stumbled across your blog, and I'm writing to see if you did in fact end up using Hancock Green on your house. It's a beautiful home, and I've loved peeking through the blog. We are building a house and looking for the right green paint for the exterior. Would love to hear back. Also would love to see any other exterior shots you have. This paint picking process is trickier than I thought!

    Thanks,
    Lynette
